Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve any inconsistencies in billing or documentation. General Admin: Assist with digital filing, answering phone inquiries, and supporting the broader operations team. Skills & Experience Technical Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are essential (filters, basic formulas, and data organization). Attention to Detail: Proven ability to process high volumes of information with 100% accuracy. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor and internal liaison.
